It's the Bert Show's entertainment bus.

Kim Kardashian and Scott Disick are defendants and a $40 million lawsuit over an alleged scam

to sell your personal information to advertisers.

So if you sign up for this contest, they take your personal information, they sell it to

advertisers and all of a sudden you're bombarded with all this spam and spam calls and etc.

So Kim and Scott have been promoting contests through this company called Curated Businesses.

People can win awesome prizes like a three night stay in Beverly Hills, even $100,000 cash.

But the plaintiffs who've all entered and who have not won say they've been invaded by

hundreds of advertisers, some of which are soliciting with potentially offensive and unwanted content.

Now Scott is the main organizer of the contest, but they're also promoted by Chloe, Encourtney,

Chris and Kylie.

But Scott and Cam are the only family members named in the lawsuits.

And Curated Businesses says it's not a scam.

People actually do win and they have proof.

My thing is, I don't know if these plaintiffs have a like to stand on because you always have

to click, I agree to terms and whatnot.

And you're not reading through everything.

And I'm sure somewhere in there it's saying they're selling your information.
