Another episode of the Chuck Todd cast. It is Tuesday. It's election day in America. So I'm trying really hard not to get bogged down in today's campaigns per se because anything could change very quickly.

We got a terrific podcast up.

and we break down the 2024 race and Joe Biden

in the battleground states, Donald Trump,

all of that stuff, spend a lot of time on that. A little bit of

what if free, if you will, depending on what happens in the big test tonight.

Look, I'm watching election day for a couple of things.

Number one, how salient is the abortion issue.

Obviously, we know Ohio is going to pass a constitutional amendment that protects abortion

rights.

But what's the number? Is it 54% or is it 58%? I think

that'll tell you a little bit something about the intensity of the issue. I'd be surprised

if it's below 55 in Ohio, but that would be a number that I'm staring at there.

I think abortion is a part of the story in Kentucky if the shear wins re-election.

It is not the whole story.

But if Bashir does not win re-election tonight,

if Cameron pulls the upset,

this is a code red, if you will, for Biden 2024.

Because the only explanation for Bashir losing

is environment.
