Girl, I am so excited that you're here for today's episode because we're going to talk

about quitting.

And this is a really important topic because so often in our society, quitting is equated

to a failure or leaving something is seen as sad.

But in reality, I think when you're quitting something that no longer feels aligned or

when you're giving up your version of good to make a better decision to have your version

of great in any aspect of your life, that can be the best decision you could possibly

make.

And even if a chapter is over and you're moving on to the next chapter, it doesn't mean

that that chapter wasn't still successful.

So I want to talk about that in a lot of different ways today because obviously there's

a lot of different angles I can take.

But my intention with this episode is, as always, that we're like girlfriends just chatting.
