Today I want to talk about anxiety because too often if we feel anxious, we feel like there's

something wrong with us. When in reality, sometimes what if when we feel anxious, it's a sign that

we just need to tweak something about the way we're doing life, right? Like is it anxiety or is it

a misalignment? Is it your

body's way on your mind's way of saying to you, this is not a place where you belong, therefore

you don't feel good, therefore you'll feel anxious, therefore you feel in fight or flight because

your body doesn't want to be in that place. But your mind is talking you into, no, you should

be here or everyone else

seems to be fine being here or you have to be in a place and space that looks like this to get what

you want. So I want to open this episode by saying that if you feel anxious before trying to fix the anxiety, try and ask yourself and trust yourself

if maybe it's also because on a soul level, you are feeling a misalignment, but your mind is

trying to talk you out of that misalignment, right?

Like we are all such good energy readers that we know when something doesn't feel right.

But the struggle and the suffering comes when we push that away when we gaslight that feeling, right?

When we say, no, you have no reason to not feel good here.
