Summary

The way we see food and diet is going to change so much over the next few years as we head towards the New Paradigm. We will come to realize that food doesn't heal us, WE heal us.

I sat down with my dear friend, Nutrition and Detox Coach Meghan Swidler to talk through some really crucial reframes that will help free all of us from these myths that we need so much stuff from the outside, and that health is a really hard, complicated equation. I hope this episode makes you feel lighter and brighter in your approach to nourishing yourself.

It’s so much easier to think well, when we feel well. That’s why healthy living often opens the door to spirituality for many of us. The body is the keeper of the soul. Life is so much smoother (and more rewarding) when we bring ALL parts of ourselves along for the journey.

There's a couple of different things.

Ra Uruhu, who is the founder of human design, used to say that food is the most dense

form of conditioning that we can have as humans on this planet because we are constantly filling ourselves with physical, dense energy

every single day.

And it's a very concrete way of conditioning us on a cellular level.

And so there's a part of your human design called the four transformations.

And the first transformation, which if you don't pass go,
