You hear this all the time now, all the time,

that if somebody is like shoplifting

and there's an employee that tries to stop them, puts their hands on them, they get fired.

Right. So he does a customer service job where it's people are upset quite often for a variety

of reasons. And obviously you're supposed to try to keep everybody calm. But in this

situation, there wasn't really much he could do. So the situation that occurred was there was a guy

who was supposed to be picking up his child. So I guess when you are going to pick up your child,

you have to write down the person's name specifically that will be picking

up the child. You can't write down someone else's name and then just show up and say,
