questions that you and I get asked. And today, I think we picked a good one. You ready? You think I might be able to stump you on this one. Yeah, I like this. So this is, this will be a great episode. So if you're if you're out walking the dog or you're driving in the car, reach over and turn that knob a little bit to the right, turn this one up. You're going to want to hear this one. So go ahead, my man. Yeah, so here was a great question. It just said, I have no leads to give to realtors. And real realtors want me to send leads before they will actually send me a lead. So a loan officer saying, hey, I don't have any leads to give to realtors.

I'm meeting with realtors having conversations. But before they'll use me, they want me to send

them a lead. How would you handle that call? All right. So first of all, I would say

this person and what will say he. I'll just use a gender, neutral, he.

So, and it might have been a lady, might have been a guy, whatever, it doesn't matter.

Because a lot of loan officers struggle with this.

And frankly, Steve, a lot of them struggle with this because of crap marketing of people trying to sell them something that they don't need to get referrals from real estate agents, right?

That's where all this really comes from. So when people buy a house, when somebody goes,

on the average person, they go, and I go buy a house, Steve, who do they call? You're moving to

Arkansas. You're moving to Little Rock, Arkansas, which by the way, is an awesome town. I've been there.

I'm going to go buy a house.

I'm going to look up an agent, find out, you know, who's kind of in the area going to call an agent first. and 95% of everybody else is going to call an agent first.
