Great to be back. So we are, we got to start with the

president's, I guess it wasn't, they, he spoke about guns, they didn't call it a

presidential address to the nation, even though it was at a weird time, 730, maybe

not that weird, if you're 79 years old, need to get to bed.

But, and it was a emotionally driven speech.

I mean, the, the, the effort was to ring every last piece of emotion out of the,

the, the horrible murders in Yubalday and to talk about the

monstrousness of school shootings and mass shootings and, and to, and to express moral outrage

at the fact that we now are somehow either taking these things or

granted them, we need to stop in the constant refrain and the speech was the word

enough, he kept saying enough, enough, enough, enough, and I was struck by one

passage I want to read to you, because I think it, it, it, it, both represents the most

common sensical objection to, to the, to those who say that nothing, nothing

need to be done or should be done or constitutionally can be done.
