On Monday's episode, ESPN's Kevin Arnovitz broke down the bind the Lakers (with LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook), and other "mercenary" style NBA teams like the Clippers and Nets face when building a roster that tries not only to have talent but cohesion and culture. The second half of the show focuses on their coaching vacancy, which is seemingly thought of by Rob Pelinka and Jeanie Buss as too big for a first-timer like, say, former Lakers/current Bucks assistant Darvin Ham? Well, according to Arnovitz, not so much. He points to Ham as a blindingly obvious candidate for the Lakers to interview (which he actually said before news broke into the weekend that the Lakers will, in fact, talk with him).
