all about the cost of comparison and I want to share some tips on how to navigate it.

And please note that I didn't say avoid comparison.

I said navigate comparison because as much as we want to say, don't compare ourselves

to other people or like, I don't care what other people think about me, that sounds good

but really like we're humans, right, we're wired to want to belong to have that connection

with other people.

We care about how we show up in the world and honestly, I don't think that's a bad thing

if we view comparison through a healthy lens.

If we understand that how we show up to life does impact other people.

In fact, our life is a testimony of what's possible for other people.

That's so freaking powerful.
