I wonder if there's like, when you start taking anxiety meds or make the decision to

start taking anti-anxiety meds, if there's like one straw that breaks the anxiety, you

know, camels back.

Like, I'm dealing with it, dealing with it, dealing with it.

And then this happens and I'm like, you know what?

I'm going to go see a doctor about it because I think that's where Cassie is.

Yeah, I'll force it to life, freak her out.

Oh my God.

It is.

I just, you just live in the state for so long and I told myself to like, my anxiety got

really bad after I had kids and I'm like, oh, it's just part of the package of being a

mom.

And then I started realizing I'm having irrational fears about things, real things that

have happened to people.

But the likelihood of them happening is so, so, so slim.

And it really hit home with two stories.

There was one talking about a poor young person got hit by a bullet that someone shot into

the air for Fourth of July to celebrate.

They just shot the gun in the air and it fell from the sky and killed them and it's tragic.

And then so I'm like panicking for the July.

I'm like, is our roof strong enough to stop it?
