I'm James Seal and I'm joined today by Fraser Nelson and Isabel Hartman.

Now this morning Fraser we had Kieer Starmer out on LBC having a bit of a grilling from Nick Ferraris, one of the sort of

broadcast stars of this campaign. In particular, he faced a lot of criticism about his plans on private

schools and putting VAT on fees. Tell us more about that.

It was a very impressive interview by Nick Ferrari.

One of the toughest curst armors had throughout this whole campaign, actually.

It's quite often the case that a minister who sent out on the so-called media round

where they do interviews with three or four hours when they end up a

Nick Ferraris show after nine o'clock that's when they come unstock. So he was asked

several questions he couldn't answer. What about cancel tax? Are you going to

put that up? Are you going to do a raid in pensions?

You couldn't answer either those two questions. He merely said that his plans to require more tax rises.

He was asked about what the benefits of Brexit are, given that he's now in favour of Brexit.

He wasn't able to mention a single benefit of Brexit, just simply problems with the current arrangement

which he says he will reform, but if people were expecting him to come across as a converted

Brexit here I think they'd be disappointed he was asked what he would do about the
