Discussing new evidence and hopefully getting a clearer image as to whether spot reduction is indeed a myth or not.

Now, for those of you that may not be aware that are listening at home, spot reduction

is the notion that one can selectively reduce fat in a particular area of the body by either exercising

specific muscles in that area or by even using you know external equipment

For example, focusing on doing abdominal exercises with the aim of losing weight around the
