being accused of leaving a news vacuum,

to try and show a sense of momentum when it comes to the Prime Minister's five priorities.

And of course, key to that is stopping the boats.

Many think you cannot stop the boats by the time the next election.

But what Richie Sinek wants to do is try and I think signal both to the public,

but I think particularly to MPs, perhaps those on the right of the party,

that there are developments here.

So there's a range of figures he has been pointing to when it comes to progress.

So in the speech, Richie Sinek has pointed to progress on Albania,

which is something I think is probably the most covered of the metrics,

to say that the percentage that used to be has been massively reduced

in terms of Albanians coming here,
