All right, everybody, welcome back to another edition of The Teardown.

My name is Jeff Buck, and I'm along with my co-worker, Jordan Bianchi.

We are writers for the athletic, and we're not only here to talk about the Daytona race,

the regular season finale, but we're both here in person at Daytona International Speedway.

Jordan, it's so good to see your lovely face in person.

I guess I probably have to be a little bit nicer so you don't punch me since we're not talking through a screen, but we are here together.

I'm a lover, not a fighter.

Okay, well, that's good to hear.

I'll try to go, I'll try to be nice, even though it is in the wee hours of the morning, 12.30 now. It's been a long day.

We had to get here a little bit early because the Xfinity race got rescheduled. I guess it

started when green 12 hours ago, actually. Yeah, it got 12 hours ago, and then we had a 2311 press

conference this morning. So that was the announcement yesterday that Kurt Bush is joining 2311, which this morning. So we got that was they announced yesterday that Kurt

Bush is joining 2311 which we've known since May and that's official now and

it has been a long day, a long hot day in the sun. So you look very sunburned.

But we're going to muster up some energy here because we've got to talk about the regular

season finale.

First of all, before we go into what the results were, I just want to say, I thought it was a great race.

I really did.

I really enjoyed it.

It was thrilling on the edge of your seat.

Now, I don't really like how it ended, obviously.

You don't want to see a race under caution.
