There's a why saying, as iron sharpens iron, so does a friend sharpen another friend.

There's a worrying trend in the world we live in.

People are not engaging in vigorous debate.

You know, I was fortunate enough when I was a little kid to be raised in part by my

grandmother and grandfather, and they were from my grandma's from Berlin, Germany, and

they grew up and passed on to me a culture of challenging people's ideas.

You know, one thing I've noticed, especially in the United States, people take a front

and immediately take things personally when you don't agree with them because they don't

remember the saying, as iron sharpens iron.

So will a friend, so will other thoughts, so will debate, so will the opposite side sharpen

you.

You see, as long as nobody's being nasty about it, and even if they are being nasty about

it, who cares?

Don't you want to be sharpened?

I want to be sharpened, and I hope you on your goal, on your path to the good life,

health, love, and happiness, that you realize you will need to be sharpened.

Like my favorite poem, all of you know, Chief Ticamza, love your life, perfect your life,

beautify all things in your life.

You see, everybody wants perfection and beauty in their life, but people aren't willing

to have their life sharpened.
