Notre Dame defeats Florida State 42 to 13.

Strong performance by Notre Dame's running game.

I don't think any of us anticipated that.

Brandon Wimbush gets the start ahead of injured Ian Book and does a really

nice job in the first half. Everything that he needed to do in order to put Nordame in position to

pretty much cruise in the second half. Nordame now 10 and 0. We're awaiting Tuesday's decision by

the playoff committee, but we fully expect. The Nordaim will remain third heading into

the Syracuse game. Guys, I don't know about you, but I did not expect 365 yards rushing,

and I think that that's a really good sign to be able to make that kind of progress in a running

game in the 10th game of the season. Yeah, I thought that it would be a real struggle.

I think 2313 was my prediction.

And then they jumped all over right away.

And, you know, without Florida State's first turnover,

then, you know, maybe the game is, you know,

a 14-point game at least, but they whipped them.

And for the offensive line to play as well as they did was shocking to me.

I mean, it goes beyond surprise because they just hadn't been that efficient. I mean, Florida State,

no tackles for loss for the first time in a game since the national championship game against Michael Vick at the end of the 1999 season, which is crazy. Dexter Williams,

most rushing yards against Florida State since 82. 82, yeah.

That's insane.

Yeah, that's ridiculous.
