And we want to talk about mainly, and we'll take obviously questions in segment two,

but talk about mainly what we witnessed on Thursday.

Tim and I talked about an instant analysis and wrote about it.

Pete would be interested to get

your comments on it, but I thought Jack Cohn was good, was accurate, was taking advantage of

the weapons that he has on the outside, but all in all, the defensive front won against the

offensive front. And that, from what I understand, has been more often than not during the last two plus weeks.

I thought Jack Cone looked like a high level FBS

starting quarterback.

You know, I'm not sure that we saw that with our own eyes

a week earlier in the open practice.

So it was good to sort of see some visual evidence of that.

That was, I think, the biggest positive takeaway in terms of the impact it will have on

the season.

You know, the number of guys that can play in the defensive front seven is just, I think,

more of a strength than I thought it would be.

And I think for the second time in two open practices, which is all we're going to see,

you saw Kevin Austin or Braden Lindsay look good, like they're, you know,

has two quality receivers to work with.
