have some fun here. Did not know, guys, Donovan Hein Heinish out with a concussion.

That just kind of slipped into our injury notes Thursday as Claire Cunningham sent out the packet.

That obviously happened this week because he was not listed on our Monday practice report.

And he's a guy you think would fare pretty well against the Naval Academy.

That's a bad break.

That's a guy that Notre Dame needs there in the middle of the line. You know, they've, they've proven their depth here in recent weeks, but he's a Heinish,

and he's a Heinish that's played against triple option, and that's a blow.

Yeah, it's, it's, it is a blow. It's a bad break, but fortunately, it's not a broken bone.

It's a concussion, So you hope that you get him

back certainly sooner than later. You know he's going to want to do everything in his power to play in

that game to pit in a week. I mean, as much as Miami wasn't a quote-unquote Donovan Heinrich game,

Navy was a Donovan Heinrich game. So that, you know, it's not a game-changing thing, but it, you know, might change the flow

a little bit of the game.

You know, we talk so much about guys with experience against the option, or at least Navy's

version of what they're playing it as, you know, how the game starts so fast. And I, I realize, like, coaches talk about you just got to get used to the game speed. And I think really that what they're really saying is like, you got to stop playing slow. And I think that, you know, Navy makes you play slow because you're not sure what you're looking at. Donovan High just would have been absolutely sure what he was looking at on Saturday. Yeah, you know, go ahead, Tim. Well, I was just going to say, I'm just looking, looking at alternatives. Maybe, I mean, and again, the defensive tackle has been playing, have been playing well. But maybe you bump Bryce Young inside. You need a little bit more size? Here's the interesting thing for that.
