The big news out of Notre Dame yesterday, or I guess I should say out of California

yesterday, Kingston, Viliamu Asa, the top 100, four-star pushing five-star linebacker,

verbally committed Nordame. He chose Nordame over USC and Ohio State. And Nordame really, really needed that one, Tim O'Malley. Nordames

ranking up to number nine, but beyond that, they really needed a boost on the defensive

side of the football in particular. He is Nordame's third top 100 player in the class of

2024, but the first on the defensive side of the football.

I know how Nordame fans were feeling yesterday.

The Nor Day media was looking for some good news as well heading into the first week of practice and KVA is on board for at least for now, but I think that sticks.

And we'll talk about that further moving forward here.

Yeah, I always want to give credit where credit is due because Kevin Sinclair,

a couple of days prior, is like, hey, I really like their chances.

And then Tom Loy, a little bit after it's like, it's going to happen right away.

We're all like, what?

It's just such good news for our message board. Something that doesn't matter as much as the Notre Dame football team, but it's

really good news for the Notre Dame football team too. And the key, the reason highly touted players

like this matter is because then your sleepers don't have to.

They can help you.

It's great if they're good, but you have to have guys that aren't all sleepers.
