Hammers Pittsburgh 45 to 3. The offense had its way. The defense had its way. Good to see

Notre Dame's offense, Tim, get back in the swing of things a little bit in the red zone,

which is no easy task against Pittsburgh.

I mean, we can say that Pittsburgh is lousy, and we knew they didn't.

They wouldn't have a chance offensively without their starting quarterback, but it's still a formidable

defensive line in particular, defensive front.

You know, that back in, I'm beginning to wonder if Pittsburgh's

safeties are a little bit overrated.

I mean, I've seen, I've seen number 12 and number three back there

get torched enough so far this season that you wonder.

But look, strong performance by Notre Dame.

All you can do is take care of yourselves.

to the team that they needed better effort, better intensity, and they certainly brought it in

a 45 to 3 win. Yeah, mentally tough offensively the whole time because they knew there'd be

some negative plays, some plays that don't go anywhere and they bounce back all the time from

them. The one time was at first and 27, they tried to catch them with a draw. There's people complaining on Twitter

that their name was giving up on a drive. Well, you know what? Oh my God. Just punt the ball

and then Pittsburgh can't possibly score. So maybe that's the smart way. Giving up on a drive
