So welcome to the Independent Republican Mike Graham. An uneasy calm is hanging over the Middle East at the moment this morning as dire warnings of dark days continue to emanate from Iran

following the drone killing of the country's hardline military leader on Friday.

Major General Kasim Soleimani was travelling in a convoy at Baghdad airport when his car was struck by the deadly drone

missile controlled, rather amazingly, from a little room somewhere in Washington, D.C.

After his screening all yesterday, Iran was still promising revenge, but President Donald Trump

has vowed to hit the Islamic Republic even harder if they attempt any attacks on US interests

in the region. And today, he's also threatening sanctions on Iraq after their parliament voted to kick

all foreign soldiers out of the country, including US and British forces.

We'll get the military view from Colonel Richard Kemp, former commander of UK forces in Afghanistan,

and the view from Tehran itself with Maya Tuzi, who says not everyone in the country

is sad that Soleimani is no more.
