Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will delay the process for discussions on the

controversial planned judicial overhaul to the future. The statement said the legislation would

be pushed to the next session of Israeli parliament in order to quote, pass the reform through dialogue.

Supreme Court. Now it's been the old parlors kicked the can down the road, perhaps to summertime.

Good evening. Look, it's been a very rough 12 weeks. I think that the demonstration has been

going on since the new government took over and quickly moved to introduce legislation

that contrary to a lot of the reports, not do away with the Supreme Court, but would try to

reform some of the excesses that many people and previous governments both left and right had

noticed and wanted to enact. In fact, there's very broad support for some reactions of reform,

but because the Supreme Court has taken over both legislative and the review process,

and you don't have the checks and balances, but I think there was a fear that the measures
