My name is Will DeFries and this is a Sunday Scariest Podcast, your cure for the Sunday Blues.

This week I thought I'd do a little something different.

0:18.1

With the quarantine I figured I'd mix it up a little bit and go unscripted.

0:22.0

This is pretty much the first non-interview unscripted episode I've ever done,

0:26.3

so bear with me if it's a little different.

0:29.1

With the quarantine I've been kind of just mulling around my apartment and I've

0:32.0

needed to mix it up a bit. I didn't really think that writing out these listener questions this

0:36.8

1:08.7

were always requesting a dish that I don't even know the ingredients to. It was called sauce and

1:13.6

it was just a dish that was baked in the oven and covered in sauce. I always kind of thought to

1:19.7

myself that you know if food's good, you don't know what the ingredients are but you still don't

1:23.6

even care and sauce definitely falls into that category. I think that if I saw how many calories

1:29.3

I had in it I would maybe not have the same take but you know what sometimes on a Sunday night

1:34.3

calories are the first and only thing you need. Next question, what is the best traditional

1:40.0

body wash scent? I've actually been going through a big body wash phase lately. Maybe it's because

1:45.5

I've been taking two showers a day because of the peloton rides or maybe it's just because I need
