So can you break down for us exactly what fintech is?

Yes, of course. Okay.

So I mean, I think fintech is a wide-reaching term that covers a whole host of different areas. Essentially, it's the combination of finance and technology. So when we think about that, that can mean a host of things, it could be in, say, payments, where technology is really coming to drive down the costs of that process. Maybe it's currency conversion. In wealth management, technology is really playing a role in more

conventional ways, might be using video to access people around the country, or perhaps we're

using it for modelling and helping people to understand different outcomes in retirement.

But it's a real range of things. At the other end of the spectrum, you've got some new digital

type assets as well, so people will be aware of things like Bitcoin and so on that can be put into those areas. But I think in general we should be thinking about it's how technology
