So you have three older sisters and your dad wants to name me after everybody in the family.

You have to come up with something.

So, Jay, tell us a little bit about your background.

You're in the oil space.

So tell us a little bit about your background, how you get into that space.

Some kids grow up watching their dad's practice law.

I watched my dad in the oil and gas business. When I was seven years old, I remember him load me up in the car and

you know the go to work with Dad Day. And that was my day to go to the field. And we went to

Luling, Texas. And I don't know if you've ever been to Luling, but Luling has a distinct smell to it.

And when I got there, I really didn't know what that smell was. And I'm, you know, sniffing around to the dad, what is that? He said, baby, that's the smell of money. I didn't quite understand it at that point in time. And then he took me to the field.

And I saw all these pump jacks. You know, the metal horses that go up and down. I saw all these
