Sure. Well, I've been at this for a fair amount of time, about 37 years.

I spent the first 21 years of my career with Merrill Lynch in San Francisco Bay Area,

waited probably 10 years too long to start my own company, Taylor-Fergan Capital Management, in 2006.

We, I say we because my director of research, Dave Matheson and I were both together at

Maryland, we broke away to do this firm together.

The Taylor and Taylor-Fragone Capital Management is actually my father-in-law, Dick Taylor,

who was never a part of the business and we never had our businesses together in any way,

but he was my mentor throughout my years of growth in the business.
