real contributions toward racial equality.

So today I wanted to share the conversation I had with Arlen Hamilton in season one of

the show.

Arlen is a venture capital founder who has put her money where her mouth is when it comes

to equality.

She is the founder and managing partner of Backstage Capital, which invests in underestimated

founders, including women, people of color, and people in the LGBTQ community.

This mission is rare, which is a fucking problem because out of 100 of the top venture-backed

founders, 90% are male, and 72% are white.

Arlen embodies what it means to make change in every sense of the word, and her voice
