a little bit about your background before we begin? I'm the director of Investor Relations for Legacy Group. We're a private equity firm, boutique asset manager, focus on Latin America.

I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. My background is in private banking, studied economics at

Rutgers University in New Jersey, worked as a private banker with Wells Fargo for about six years.

That brought me down to sunny Florida in 2018. And I've been in private equity for the last three

years. So what was the draw for private equity been in private equity for the last three years.

So what was the draw for private equity? Why private equity as opposed to something else?

I love the interesting financial products that we can offer, not us, but in the space. There's unique opportunities for investors that you wouldn't find in public markets,

hence the word private, of course.

Really cool chances for growth. I found that in the space, we could offer our clients things

that they can't get everywhere else. So in my experience at Wells Fargo, the portfolios that we were

managing, they can go down the street with a competitor and essentially have the same
