Hello, my friends. Welcome back to capitalism.com. Thanks for hanging out with me. We just completed our

quarterly meeting. We get together every three months as a team for two days and map out

what changes we're going to implement in the next quarter to make things better, faster,

easier, and more helpful to our members and our students.

And this last meeting, we had this theme of making everything simpler and simpler and

faster and easier. It was a big lesson that I learned in the past three months of

we sold out the capitalism incubator, which was 25 people,

premium price point, didn't have a big sales page, didn't do a big launch, and sold it out

just by keeping it really simple, keeping the sales process really simple, keeping the promise really simple, not trying to

overdo it or oversell it. And we sold it out and we sold it out quickly. We sold it out ahead

of the deadline. And we're also pumped about the way we're doing this. We kind of have bets internally

like which one of these do you think is going to be the next great story? Which one of these is going to be our next, you know, big success that we talk about for years to come?

So we've been keeping that mantra of keeping things very simple and very clear moving forward.

And one of the things that we knew we needed to get clearer on was what's the 1% about?

What's it for?

Who's it for?

And what transformation do we help our members have?
