Our celebrity guests have raved

about over the years this week through the lens of gripping, hard-hitting investigative

journalism. Now, for investigative journalists, podcasts offer space for storytelling, like no other,

a place to uncover mysteries, learn about some of the weird and wacky people in society,

and shine a light on some of the most scandalous moments to date. So, starting off, we have missing Richard

Simmons recommended by two castaway guests, Catherine Rhine and Jamie Lang. The show takes a look

at the strange disappearance of one of the most accessible celebrities in the 80s, which was Richard

Simmons. In the podcast filmmaker Dan Taberski, who was a regular of Richard's fitness

studio, Slimans, clever, and also actually a friend of his, he attempts to uncover

I'm going to talk about this one first because this is one we did mention once before in the show a few weeks ago,

and I'd never heard of it before, and it's missing Richard Simmons.

I think it was Jamie Lange because he was obsessed with Richard Simmons, and I was like, who's Richard Simmons? And

then, like anything, as soon as someone gives me a recommendation, I go down the rabbit hole
