So I'm going to.

So I'm going to begin with a little story about one of the monks at Ashram's Mon Monastery and Ashram Brahm is the abbot of a monastery in

Western Australia that's kind of remote and so it's not very easy to get you know back

and forth to town and when people need to see the doctor it's quite a track and you know monks don't drive so it's like quite a track and you know the monks don't drive so it's always not so

convenient and one of the monks was having a lot of dental problems and you know he'd gone back there once to the dentist and you know and again the problem a different problem started and you know and you know so you know, Aijam Brahm was walking around at the monastery

and he sees that monk standing by the wood shed

with pliers and bloody tooth and you know and he realizes how that he dealt with this

problem and he asked him you know how how did he do that?

You know, how are you able to do that?

And the monk said, well, you know, when he had the idea,

he was resting in his kutie and he decided to do this. He asked himself, you know, you know, he had a dull, right at that point the pain was dull. He says you know does it hurt I'm you know pulling the

tooth right this moment he said no doesn't hurt now to start walking to the

shed and he asked himself well does it hurt now?

Nope.

And he kept walking to the shed, holds the door open.
