I don't know if I would say they are. In order to have true self-awareness, I don't think that

it will come exclusively through navel gazing or through processing what we think we know about

ourselves. It requires the other half of the equation, which is engaging with the outside world,

and then watching ourselves show up to it, observing our behavior and go, oh my gosh, is that actually how I show up?

In reality, in my mind, I was so much more mature, so much funnier, more suave.
