So I just thought of habit and I was busy at home.

So here we are the second week of this inter invitation class and the second week we talk about mindfulness of the body and some people are challenged with their body right away when they practice meditation.

Sooner or later most people are challenged in some way with discomfort in the body.

But even without having to practice with discomfort, the body is this wonderful arena for practice. In fact, it's maybe the central kind of arena, so much so that some people

will say that the real temple, the Buddhist temple or the real monastery, is your own body.

That learning to kind of live in your body, through your body, and it was certainly

surprised for me when I started practicing Buddhism how much being in the body being embodied

was emphasized.

And over and over again we would various ways use our bodies, bring attention to our bodies that evoked a very strong sense of embodiment.
