There are some things that I know a lot about, weird things. I know a lot about the history

of celebrity. I know a lot about Dahlia's. I know a lot about living on an island, puppies,

the state of Idaho. But there are so many things that I don't know very much about and stuff that's

really interesting. So whether that's like a very detailed understanding of Taylor Swift discography

or what F1 is, there's so many things that I'm like, that's interesting. I only have so much like

brain interest power to allocate. And so there

are other people who have decided like that is where their focus is going. I need someone

who's like actually spent time with that cultural artifact to unpack it with me.

My name is Anne Helen Peterson and and I write the newsletter culture study.
