Today we're going to talk about how to introduce someone to fishing.

If you're excited about fishing, chances are you're probably going to have

a girlfriend, a friend, somebody that you work with, maybe your wife, maybe it is your

child, maybe it is a friend of some sort, and you're going to want to take them fishing and show them what it is about fishing that you like so much.

So this is kind of a delicate thing because it's something that you are very passionate about

and you probably fish harder than somebody that has never done it before would find enjoyable.

So you have to keep that in mind.

My experience with this comes from fly fishing for trout out in Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho

when I was guiding out there. When I got it out there, there was a movie that came out, a river

runs through it, and pretty much everybody in the world wanted to go fly fishing after that.

We were inundated with people who had never fished before and wanted to fish because that was such an incredible movie and it was so beautifully filmed and it made everybody want to do it.

So I have a tremendous amount of experience in teaching people who have never fished before, who have never experienced it before.

Now that's a little different because they're signing up for it and they're paying for it.
