regarding a friendship. I have a friend I've known for probably about eight years or so, and we hang

off sort of semi regularly, maybe once a month, once every two months or so. Every time that we're

together, he seems to be enjoying himself. It seems like we get along really well.

But for some reason, I've noticed that I'm always the one who has to make the plans. And I find that he'll often cancel or reschedule right at the last minute. So I'm wondering
