Summary

Is it just me or is time flying by? How do we make the most out of our short time here on Earth? That’s what we’re here to find out. I’m Justin Long and I’ve been an actor for most of my life, so I’m used to getting inside the heads of the characters I play. But now that I’m getting older (I’m 43 now, yikes), I want to peek inside the heads of real people to learn how they find meaning in life. I’m also very curious what their favorite snack food is, and what emoji they use most often — ya know, the REALLY important stuff. Every episode I’ll get personal with all kinds of people, from actors to musicians to deep thinkers who fascinate me. My brother Christian is on hand each episode to keep me honest, and occasionally remind me about some of the embarrassing things I’ve done over the years. 0:46.8	You are more reflective because you sense it. You're asking so quickly. And it seems shorter to you these days.
0:53.8	You're right. I mean time has just gotten that much more precious. This is a weekly show, a weekly interview show.
0:58.8	We're gonna talk to actors, musicians, artists, thinkers. I'm curious how these people that I've known in other ways.
1:04.8	I want to know how they get the most out of life. I was saying this to my best friend today. She was like, she was like life is short.
1:10.8	She was like, but it's also so long. And then she said the first thing. She was like, and it's the exact amount of time we need.
1:15.8	Eat your old meal. And get your blood sugar jug regularly. He goes, I would have made a great Pope.
1:23.8	I would have been very lenient.
1:28.8	Yeah, and we want to ask bigger questions like, what's your favorite emoji?
1:33.8	And the one that I like is the foggy window pane. What?
1:36.8	Someone can be like, what are you doing this evening? I don't know foggy window pane like that kind of thing.
1:41.8	Just like the thumbs up that it'll tick the smiley face that they'll wink.
