1:38.3	I think basically China is authoritarian capitalism, which they found they have such an advantage in dealing with the West,
1:48.4	you know, the classic liberal or the capitalism, which they do have the system confident in dealing with the West,
1:59.8	because they see in so many sense it's impossible in the West.
2:05.2	But in China, it's just, you know, nothing's impossible in China.
2:08.9	But at the same time, the Communist Party still cannot really have its legitimacy to be established.
