Every year, Live Happy celebrates the International Day of Happiness on March 20th,

and to do that, we create a full month of activities that we call Happy Acts.

This week, I get to sit down with the entire Live Happy crew and talk about why this month

is so important to us, how you can celebrate it, what we hope it does for you, and you'll

even get to know the people that I'm so proud to work with.

We're going to kick off this lively discussion with our CEO and co-founder, Deborah Heise,

e-commerce marketing manager Casey Johnson, Live Happy web editor Chris Libby, Senior Marketing Manager

Brittany Chan, and our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, Shane Lee. Sit back and let's get

one. It's the first time we've had the whole crew be able to sit down and talk about what's going on.

And I guess a great way to kick it off is to hand it over the leader and have Deb tell us why this

month is so special to us. Well, that's, Paula.

You know, this is our favorite time of the year here at Live Happy because it's the month where we celebrate the International Day of Happiness, which is March 20th as

declared by the United Nations, I think about 10 years ago now.

So we are coming up really on the 10th anniversary of the International Day of Happiness,

but it's also the same month, the International Day of Happiness, but it's also

the same month, the entire month of March, not just March 20th, we actually do what we call

our Happy Acts celebration or our Happy Acts campaign, which involves people sharing how they're

going to make the world a happier place and learning about why happiness

is important and, you know, engaging in doing happy acts to actually make a difference in the
