why this one thing called social media is so powerful? Yes. And I do talk a lot about it because,

like you said, it's so prevalent. So before we talk about what's wrong with it, let's just,

let's just acknowledge what a big part of our life has become. fact in my book don't just said there do nothing i have a chapter called stop the thumb which you can interpret it as you will but it's about stopping that scrolling thumb that never stops itself and i do think that it's easier said than done. You could easily just tell people,

just get off social media. I've heard that so many times. Just get off of it. But realistically
