We had a really interesting deep convo about whether perfectionism helps or

harms people trying to get sober. And does taking a gummy mean you aren't sober? What about

nitrous oxide for dental work? What about cocaine? Okay, kind of kidding. We are you? I'm good. I'm so happy that you're so willing to just like jump on and do an episode with me.

I wanted a break from my typical episodes.
