Before we get started, I figured it would be a good idea to give you a little background

info on the girl sitting here in her sweatpants and speaking into your ear. I mean, I usually

like to know who someone is if I'm going to invite them into my personal bubble. And that's

what I love about podcasting. There is very little room for personal space, so we had better

be friends right off the bat because I'm practically in your head right now. So I don't

know where you come from. Maybe you're tuning in because you follow my social media

for a while, or perhaps you've come to one of my speaking events, or maybe you're like,

who the heck is this chick? My name is Jordan Dooley, and I have been married for about two

years now, and don't worry, we're going to talk all the things about getting married

young and engagement and everything that comes along with that. But for now, I'll stick

to the basics. My husband and I live out in the country in our old little farmhouse with

our puppy Hoosier. We love to take country drives in our old blue pickup truck and recently

built a chicken coop, and we are now proud chicken parents to Dorothy, Annie, Betsy, and

Pickle. Yep, Pickle the chicken. We're real mature in the Dooley household, I know.

Anyway, I want to tell you a little bit of the backstory. And also in doing so, why this

podcast even exists. So let's jump back in time a little bit back to my college years
