So with that in mind, I want to encourage us to look past stereotypes that you may have

for the INTJ personality.

Now if you're brand new to type, just to remind your eye stands for introvert, end stands

for intuitive, tea stands for thinker, J stands for judger.

These four letters are technically called dichotomies and they're what most people know

about personality type when they get started.

But the true power of the system comes from understanding personality on a much deeper

level and these are called the cognitive functions.

In this conversation with Mike, we're going to dive into the cognitive functions and talk

about them, how they show up for him in his personality.
