past any stereotypes we have of the ESFJ personality.

We want to hear from Jonathan directly about his lived experience.

Again, if you're new to type, e stands for extrovert, s stands for sensor, f stands for

feeler, j stands for judger, those four letters are what's called dichotomies.

And this is what most people know about personality type when they're starting out.

The true power of this system actually comes from understanding it on a much deeper level.

These are called cognitive functions and we're going to go ahead and talk about them with
