Yeah, thank you, Cody. Thanks for having us here. Yeah, how's it been going? We haven't we haven't caught up since the last conference. Yeah, well I know we've kept in some contact which I'm very happy we did.

But yeah, it's been kind of, you know, here,

here, let's hey, what's up, hey, how what's going on,

or the Facebook, you know, the obligatory Facebook poster,

or whatever it may be.

Right.

Now, a lot's been going on.

I mean, as far as a technical standpoint we more or less

rebuilt our studio complete from the ground up this year and we've been kind of

running on that new all the new equipment here for the last few months still

working the bugs out.
