Hello. It's good to be here, Andy. Thanks for having me back on. No problem. Well, thank you

very much for joining us. Ben, give everyone a little bit of a snippet on you, who you are and where

you're based. Sure, yeah. I'll try and keep it brief. I'm an e-commerce entrepreneur, got started in e-commerce kind of by accident in 2016.

I got really sick, needed something to do while I was recovering. I was off work. I couldn't do my

fitness hobbies. Started a fitness brand. Turned out I was pretty good at it. Quit my job.

In 2019, I sold it. We were doing $6 million in annual revenue at the time.

It was the first European brand to be bought by one of the new aggregators.

Now I'm building new brands, which is really fun and exciting.

I love building brands, but I love helping other people build their brands.

So I consult with private equity-backed brand portfolios

because they understand that it's little guys on laptops that are better at e-commerce than they are.

And I co-founded an e-commerce brokerage where we help people exit their business.

And yeah, you mentioned there the book, and we can talk a bit about that later.
