Allure of the Seas Hotel Director, Joao Mendonka. I recently spoke with Mr. Mandonka while

on board Alar the Seas to talk about how he keeps the largest cruise ship in the world running as well

as it does. Here we go. You know, a Royal Caribbean

Cruise offers a lot to guess. There's so much that goes into it from the various activities

to the great restaurants and really everything in between the thing that we always talk about

as, wow, why do we take a Royal Caribbean cruise and we can go on for hours talking about what we

love about it?

But at the end of the day, it's really the underappreciated aspect of it is this isn't just happenstance.

It's not just a bunch of things thrown together and it magically happens.

There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes.

And I think that this week we wanted to focus on a really important aspect of looking behind that scenes.

And as many of you know, I was on Allure of the Seas a couple weeks ago.

And, you know, I had the unique opportunity, in fact, to talk to the hotel director of the cruise, Joao Mondonka, about Allure of the Seas.
