Mark Molesley is the manager of non-league side Weymouth FC, and the assistant coach of the U23s at Premier League side AFC Bournemouth. Mark chats to Tifo about the reality of football management, how he juggles his two jobs, how he prepares his sides for games, and how with limited time and resources he's earned promotion with part-time Weymouth, who are now in the playoff places in the National League South.
