I was a little nervous going in because, well, he's super d-duper smart and I was a little worried I wouldn't know the right questions to ask him. But he was so well spoken and he really explained gut issues in terms that I could understand, instead of simply doctorsplaining like so many people I've met in that food/gut space. I know I don't interview a ton of people on this podcast, but it was so fun talking to Mike and hearing his story along with some of the patients and issues he deals with in his own practice. 1:10.4	going to change places do you think well I I aired it out. I've opened up all the windows. So I was telling her before we got on the line, I think there's mold in the bedroom of the place that I'm staying at because I'm an I was exhausted right I drove like
1:25.1	three and a half hours up here I didn't get it until like 11 15 last night and it's one of
1:29.2	those occurrences where you're expecting to hit the pillow and just, yeah.
1:33.0	And after an hour and a half, I just feel my mind racing.
1:36.1	And that can insomnia, it can be one of the symptoms of mold exposure.

1:41.8	but it's something that I do try to guide people through in the clinic.
